We pulled into Canopy Oaks right at check in time on Oct 27th. Check in was easy and quick. The entire park is so clean, especially the bath houses. Sites are spread out and the employees were all so friendly. We did some Bike riding, …

Kids on gas bikes under 12 years old driving around . Was told by office we know but what can we do. They shut the club hose because of kids with out parents around. So we had to sit outside for our group dinner. Pool was not heated …

Great hidden resort in the southern corner of Lake Wales. Friendly staff, beautiful park with full hook ups. Country style atmosphere with most stores within 30 minutes. Nice heated pool and hot tub. Club house and alot of crafts and activities.

For our 2nd stay at Canopy Oaks, we were pleasantly surprised with the streamlined check in process, it made even easier to check in this year. Also the ease of making our reservation for next year was super. We are blissfully happy with our stay and the staff is so nice and helpful. Thank you Canopy Oaks for a great experience! Can't wait to return!

This was my first time staying at an RV resort and I rented a cottage while family were in their RV.. The cottage was nice and fun to stay in (trying the tiny home feel). The grounds itself, was very nice and clean. The staff were all friendly. It was nice to have the General store and Deli right there and (good food) even a spa for those pamper days. The Tiki bar was very nice, bartenders were friendly along with entertainment and food trucks. It was a nice first experience!

The resort is awesome! I would give it a 5/5 but since we have been coming here for 4 years the WiFi has gotten continuously worse. We signed up for starlink. The free wifi is a joke. Other than that, probably my favorite restort. If you want to stay here full time, find another internet provider.

This place is awesome. Spacious lots, restaurants, clubhouse with lots of activities to do. Huge pool area. We love their pizza and subs. Tiki bar is a nice place to gather with everyone and meet new people. Is always a nice place to go back. Totally Family oriented!! Eh 🤷‍♀️we didn’t like when 1 RUDE maintenance guy (over so many that thumbed up by us) came complained for our music when it wasn’t even loud. Everyone going by our corner lot loved it. So many asked for their favorite songs. It was a fun weekend. We got to meet new people and were pleased to make their stay pleasant too. We were even asked to do Karaoke..😂..Canopy Oaks we are ready to go back..let us know if you want us to DJ service for you..Free of charge!! 🫶

Great place the staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They helped us with getting to our campsite. The bathhouses were clean no lines while we were there. There was plenty to do and had a well stocked store. There was even a place to get your hair done. The resort is not far from stores and other places. We had a great time here.
